Greater Portland Family Promise

GPFP helps families experiencing homelessness move toward safe, stable housing through transitional housing, housing navigation, eviction prevention. They also run a monthly food and diaper distribution to help families meet essential needs. They will share information about their work, the challenges local families are facing, and how community partnerships can make a difference.
