District Governor Liz Cullen visited. President Carlo presented a check for the Rotary Foundation. Liz told of  many succesful local club projects around the globe enhancing ethnic and religious relations and improving health conditions.        (L) John C. Robinson, State Representative for House District #103 which includes Raymond, Poland and part of Windham, describes Maine's budget process and its current situation. President Carlo presented the Club's pen. (L) Westbrook Fire Chief Gary Littlefield and Gorham Fire Chief Robert LeFebvre describe their cities fire codes, benefits and experience with sprinkler systems - especially residential types. Allyson Montana, Westbrook H.S. Gifted & Talented Coordinator, described her proposed project to volunteer teach in Darjeeling, India. Senior Zachary Jobin, President of Westbrook H.S. Interact Club introduced her presntation. Luke Muzzy describes Plum Creek's plan for developing its Maine timberlands in the Moosehead Lake area.

Kristen Stevens describes activities of Greater Portland's Literacy Volunteers. Tom Morgan describes his volunteer activities building articles to assist disabled children and adults - furniture, toys, etc. (L)President Bruce Saunders presents retiring Westbrook Police Chief Paul McCarthy a plaque honoring his 35 years of Police Service, 5 years as Chief of Police.
